I’ve learned I have to be very specific when I take my ADHD medication. If I don’t decide exactly what I’m doing first, I’ll take my meds to finish notes… and somehow end up organizing old music on a laptop from 2009 like that’s the priority of the day. The focus shows up. The direction… is negotiable. So now I open the thing I actually need to do before the meds kick in and my brain assigns itself a side quest. Not medical advice. Just sharing a very specific struggle in case it’s not just me.
