Slovakia is refusing financial and military aid to further strengthen Ukraine.This was announced by the President of Slovakia, Peter Pellegrini, who noted that the Prime Ministers of Hungary and the Czech Republic have expressed a similar position. He also stated that the final decisions of the NATO summit regarding a $70 billion aid package are not binding on all member states, and that "each country makes a sovereign decision based on its economic and military capabilities."
