Hello, world! Meet female and male mountain lion kittens P-116 and P-117, born in the Santa Susana Mountains this spring. The kittens were found by Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area biologists in P-106’s (mom’s) den when the kittens were about 24 days old. Each visit to a den by a biologist occurs while the mother is away hunting for food, feeding or resting.
