12 pm UPDATE ON #ulyssesph Eye of the storm is now out at West Philippine sea, 95 kms west of Iba Zambales Typhoon Ulysses has maintained his strength at 130kph Maximum sustained winds and 200 kph gustiness. Moving at 25kph westwards, it will exit PAR early tomorrow morning. Signal 3 is raised still in many western Luzon provinces among them Pangasinan, Tarlac and Pampanga MM is still under signal 2 but expect improving and sunny weather with intermittent light rains throughout the day.
