En el video uso jugos clarificados endulzados Dosis normal: 1% Recetas del video: Gel 1% - 200 g liquido - 2 g Agar (1%) Gel 2% - 200 g liquido - 4 g Agar (2%) Gel acido - 200 g liquido - 2 g Agar (1%) Para geles ácidos bajo pH 2,5 se recomienda aumentar un poco la dosis para lograr geles mas firmes.
